Upon arriving, you’ll drive through the ornate gate, up to the home, and to the front door. Walk into the impressive open floor plan that combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The
opulent living area features ultra-high ceilings and an abundance of windows, which flood the space with natural light. Enjoy the open living areas and flat screen TVs or head out through the glass
doors to the waterfront outdoor living space.
The dining area sits between the main living room and the kitchen. The high-top table seats four and the kitchen bar seats four more. The chef-quality kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel
appliances, including a Viking range, Sub-Zero fridge, and two dishwashers. The black granite countertops are remarkable.
The second living area is huge! It features a full wet bar, wine fridge, counter seating for three and another high-top table for four. This living room has a plush leather couch, a flat screen TV,
arresting artwork, and of course, a great view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chic décor, and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom has a marble walk-in shower with glass
bricks. The second guest room also has a king size bed, high-end décor, and great views. The other four guest rooms have queen beds and, like all the rooms in the house, amazing views of Hill Country
and Lake Travis. There are four more full baths and a half bath on the main floor.
If you think the inside is impressive, wait until you go outside! There’s a covered basketball court adjacent to the pool area. The pool itself is huge and surrounded by oaks and palms, and the
landscape lighting is phenomenal! There’s a large outdoor sectional sofa next to the pool along with a soothing hot tub. The view is, of course, impressive! There are two balconies overlooking the
pool and lake, all of which have comfortable seating and access from the bedrooms and living areas. A paved path leads down to the lake for guest access.
